A pilot is a trial: Burebi works on your data, we measure together, and at the end you decide, on the figures.
Who the pilot is open to now
Companies in Romania and Moldova that run an ERP on Oracle databases (for example UNA). Using another ERP, or none? Tell us what you use: it shows us what to build next.
What is in the pilot

| What we measure | The criteria are written on day one, together: how many of your real questions get an answer from definitions; how many times Burebi abstains instead of guessing; the time to the first verified answer; the AI model's cost per turn. |

The pilot terms are our working proposal, not an offer. They are confirmed in writing before the start.
What the pilot does not do, said from the start
Oracle databases only. For another ERP we cannot start today. Tell us what you use: it shows us what to build next.
Burebi does not write to the ERP without your approval. In the ERP it only adds, with confirmation on every run and a dedicated user with explicit rights.
We do not promise a success rate. Correctness against an answer adjudicated by a person is not yet measured at scale. In the pilot we measure it on your questions.
Mail and teamwork are not connected to real servers. The pilot relies on questions with figures and on definitions, not on these.
After the pilot
The contract is individual. As a guide, about one national minimum wage per month (Republic of Moldova: 6,300 lei from 1 January 2026; Romania: 4,325 lei gross from 1 July 2026), for an assistant that works alongside the top manager and for the continuous building up of the company's capability.
Who sees the data in the pilot?
Those at your company who have access to the workstation. No customer data is stored on our servers. For an answer, the AI model receives the question, the necessary context and the result already computed. Full diagram.
What happens if we stop after the pilot?
Your database and knowledge graph are on your machine from the start, so there is no data to “return”. The format in which we hand over the definitions and the log is agreed in writing, before the start.
Can we talk to a customer first?
Burebi runs in production at a single customer today. A conversation with the customer can happen only with their consent.
